We are so excited that you have made it here. Getting a Yorkie puppy is a big decision, and who you get your puppy from is the most important decision. We know you have lots of questions and we want to answer them all. Please call if you have a question that you can’t find the answer to.


Are your puppies vet checked?

 Yes all our babies are checked by my Veterinarian prior to leaving for their forever homes.

Do you have a Health Guarantee?

Do your puppies have any type of guarantee of health? Yes, we have an incredible health guarantee that is part of the contract. Please view that by clicking here “Health Guarantee”

How much do your puppies cost?

 The cost of my puppies start at $5,000 and range up from there.

Will my puppy be up to date on Vaccines?
Yes, your baby will be UTD on their Distemper/PARVO vaccines as well as worming when you receive your baby. 
I also have a Veterinarian exam completed on all of my babies just prior to them leaving for their forever home.
Do you accept a holding fee?

Yes, we do, but any holding fee is 100% non-refundable regardless of circumstances or reasons. This is non-negotiable. The holding fee is to reserve your place in line to pick. It will be applied to the puppy at pick-up.

Do you offer pedigree papers?

No, we do not offer Pedigree papers as we sell as “Pet ONLY”. We DO NOT offer BREEDING RIGHTS! All of my Yorkies are FCI only. 

Are your prices negotiable?

No, the quality of our Yorkies speak for themselves. Our pricing is non-negotiable. 

Will I get updated photos of my puppy?

Yes! Once you choose your puppy, I will offer updated photos and/or videos once every other week of your puppy. 

How do I get my puppy if I live out of state?
I have several different ways for you to receive your puppy.
I have a Professor Lap Nanny service available to fly your puppy to your nearest airport. I also have a Professional Ground Courier that can drive your puppy directly to your home for you. Of course, you are always welcome to fly into Michigan and pick up your puppy at my home as well.


How do I get the process started to get my baby?
Just fill out our Puppy Application and then we can contact you to let you know what puppies we currently have available. If we don’t have any babies currently available you are welcome to be added to our waiting list. To be added to our waiting list, we do require a $500 Holding Fee.
Can you keep my baby past the pick up age of the puppy?

Unfortunately, we don’t. You need to pick up your puppy on the agreed-upon date. If you cannot keep to that for any reason, the puppy will be put back up for sale. You will forfeit any wait list or holding fee. Unfortunately, every time we have kept a puppy past pick up – they end up backing out last minute. If you can’t make picking up your puppy a priority, you probably won’t in a few weeks. I have always tried to do the nice thing for people in this situation and it has ended up in failure to pick up the puppy at the very last minute. We will charge $45 per day starting on the next calendar day after failed pickup, for boarding until you do pick your puppy up.

What form of payment do you accept?

We prefer cash, CashApp, Venmo, Or PayPal because we don’t get charged a processing fee, however, we will accept Square and Credit Cards as well. If you use a credit card, there will be a 3% processing fee. 

Do you do any health testing on the parents?

Yes, we do EMBARK genetic DNA testing. Each parent is tested for over 216 different genetic disorders diseases.
