Is your scent just sprayed on?
No! Our all-natural scents are embedded directly into the material using our Encapsiscent Technology. They’re derived from real food proteins—like peanuts for peanut butter—so pets stay engaged longer.
-
Have you done any toy testing?
Yes! Our toys meet ASTM and child safety standards, making them safe for your pet—and any little humans who may try to give them a sniff!
-
What makes Playology toys different?
We use science to create toys that excite pets! Our all-natural scents keep them engaged 7x longer, and we use pet-safe materials for no worry play.

Who owns Playology?
Playology is proudly owned by Logical Brands. We’re a small, independent, woman-owned business based in Nashville, TN.

thick rope but still deteriorates immediately
i’m on my second rope toy – the first one lasted a few months which was played with a couple times a week. it got so shredded that I’d find lots of thread in my dog’s poop the day after playing. my new one also began to loosen and shred after the second time using it. i don’t know if a shred-free rope toy exists, but this rope is really expensive for something that doesn’t last very long. i’m still rating this highly since it’s more durable than others, but for the price – not sure if it’s worth it.

Bully Owners Rejoice!!
I am a bully owner and I am actually impressed. It’s going on 2 weeks now and my living room is not full of rope pieces and she hasn’t even gotten the thing untied let alone torn into tiny pieces yet. 100 percent would recommend.

Held up to shredding, but not really a good toy for tug of war
The best a rope toy has held up for my dog. He unraveled most of it under and hour, but it’s also weirdly still staying together at the same time and he is still interested in playing with it several days later. As long as it continues to not shed/unravel more he should be able to keep it for awhile longer.

Not Doodle Safe
We bought this for our 1 year old Aussie Golden Doodle. SHE absolutely LOVED it, but was able to untie the knot on one end and shredded the rope ends in about a week. Once at that point, the fibers will give up and you will have yellow shreds everywhere. we have had better success with the more cotton style traditional ropes. I would not buy this one again.

These rope toys DO NOT shed strings all over the house like any other rope toy that I have tried.
He likes it but not as much as the Cheddar Cheese scented.
